Sorry to hear about your friend, Son. If he's missing, I really hope he is found and you can get in contact with him. Everyone is so shocked about what happened. It's terrible news. We'll keep our fingers crossed.

Hello! Hope everyone had a great christmas and didn't explode with food intake. Where's everyone spent it? What you all been up to? We've been chillin' in Queenstown, scaring ourselves outrageously stupid on jetskis (and the Luge go-kart things...yes I was scared, I'll admit). Also wanna say thanks to Mahibur, Benny, Lin and Julia for their recent submissions...you (and we) know who you are. It's all good stuff! Keep it coming!!! Anyway folks, have a ball over NYE!!! PS: !!!

Oh abolutely Grandolph. Well done with that fishing. I went fishing the other day near Cherbourg and all I caught was a lobster and a turtle. No fish. It was quite harrassing trying to get the turtle off the hook, and it was getting dark, so I resolved not to go fishing there again. Just walked back from West End to Kangaroo Point because the taxis in Brisbane are SHIIIITE. As in - there are none. Anyway, take it real and easy.

Wow! Caught some Sea Perch (maybe about 10!) and a Blue Cod.Also got 2 Crayfish. Had 'em with wine. Nice. Then had many beers. Nice again. Then saw many many many stars, milky way, nebulae and lightning. It's all good. Using basic words.

I recently read a true story in which a chinese girl kept a fly as a pet, but she didn't put it on a lead, she kept it in some gauzy cage I think. Then it died after about a month and it was very sad. Graham has gone fishing and I am bored.

Hey people from around the world!!! Glad you're checking out TRB! (I can see from our stats page) Let's get some more multi-cultu-continental work up on display. Back to the issue of the led fly. Paul, I saw Bart and Millhouse put a fly on a lead last night. Did Matt Groening see you taking 'Buzz Aldrin' for a walk??? There also something else I've been meaning to ask you but I just can't remember what it is. Ah, remembered. I'll email you. I'm gonna go fishing on a boat in the sea tomorrow. Not sure how I feel about it. Slightly afraid I'm gonna get pinched by some crayfish but main problem is that I'm a pacifish. Although, it may be hideously hypocritical to enjoy eating fish and not being able to yank them out of the water. Tomorrow I could be a vegetarian. Better pig out on fauna tonight!!!

I don't know, maybe the flies are friskier in New Zealand, or maybe I'm just not imaginative enough. Whatever the circumstances, it is truly a great thing that you did with the lead Paul. I'm glad to have known you before you were famous. Meanwhile, I'm trying to reopen my mind about all sorts of things that I once thought I knew

It wasn't so much a lead as a thread around its neck. But no it didn't die. Well it must have eventually, as this was quite a few years ago, but not as a direct effect of having a "lead".

Well - I have my head turned for five minutes and the chat board becomes a veritable feast of playful banter and wit. Good to hear that Gra + Al met up with Greg + Linda in New Zealand - can't wait for that one to come out on DVD. And Graham - yes, the fly and lead story is indeed true. Now, let me guess... you said it was true, but Al thought it was just an idea - right? And Greg - good to hear from you again. I think back to that time in Singapore with great joyful reminiscence.... And finally, Son, the weather here in Cherbourg, Queensland, Australia is very heavy rain and thunder. But it's usually hot and sunny. Over and out.
